Contingency plan for recruitment

Following up on the difficulties we have been facing to find new households, I think it is time to start thinking about a contingency plan.

As far as I am concerned it doesn’t need to be very elaborate or concrete for now. What matters to me now, is knowing that it’s under control.

So as a first step I think it would be good to get clarity on our financial needs - when will we need big sums of capital? - (@alberto has the information on that), and on when the group needs to be complete (I should be able to get you that).

From there I would define dates by when we will need to reconsider our PR and/recruitment strategy or even the overall price.

I picture it as a 1-2 page proposal, mostly on when we will start to trigger the contingency plans. But this is up to you of course.

Would this be something that you could take up? My ideal date for this would be the 25th of May. Would that work?

Regarding the contingency plan: @reef-recruitment thinks it’s not yet the right moment to work on the contingency plan. We would like to test and see the outcomes of the intense series of public presentations that are currently taking place and wait to evaluate the efforts of team external that is working on the communication strategy dedicated to the families living in Brussels. Hence we suggest, working and presenting the contingency plan around September-October 2025.
