Hi @GaultierDWM,

We have a habit of writing down the key points per Team in the agenda document ahead of the meeting, to make the round on the teams state-of-play go smoother. Would you be willing to create the agenda for tomorrow and ask everybody to fill in their part?

For the agenda itself, here are some points that I would like to add:

• Tasks needing attribution | 5-10 min | Task attribution

  • Briefing of Mark
  • What to do with the asbl’s capital => Managing liquidity in the ASBL: a new helping circle?

• Team management | 10 min | Shared understanding

  • Taking responsibility
  • Team management resource document
  • How to bring as much transparency and as little notification overload: a quick reminder about our digital communication channels

• Reef Retreat agenda | 10 min | Consent | Login – Nextcloud

• The outreach strategy and Team External evaluation | 10-15 minutes | Shared understanding + consent on the way forward

If there is time I would also like to have a round on commitment. The objective would be to do an exploration.
