Many governments around the world already use AI to some extent to speed up their decision-making process.

It can go from citizens requesting better garbage collection or use of AI to predict where accidents might happen on a new road.

Citizens often expect AI to do miracles in improving their lives. However, while AI can vastly improve public services that before were managed by people, it cannot do wonders.
