Edgeryders and unMonastery: what changed and what remains the same

Good people and links

Andrei! How nice to hear from you again. smiley

Ok: I am reasonably well connected in Palermo. Specifically, I can connect you with the thriving open data community and with the “old school” (my generation) anti-Mafia movement. @Alessia is originally from there, she moved to Rome a couple of years back but she knows, of course, absolutely everybody. Let me know (or ask her) if you want to be connected to people in that crowd.

My links below. When possible, I give you Italian translations too, they might help connecting with Italians in the crowd.

  1. Explaining the unMonastery as a development policy tool to a recipient local community English/Italian
  2. What modern-day social innovators can learn from the life and times of St. Benedict English/Italian
  3. Monastery vs. unMonastery: reflecting on a deep conversation with Father Cassian Folsom English only
  4. (More theoretical) Protocol 0.1: engineering human-to-human interaction for working together English only
