I think you misunderstood what the question about the ‘common storage space’ was, but in any case, as you are an AM we won’t take much into account what AM answer on this question, as it is not sure yet whether you will apply for FM ship

A helping circle was set up to come with several proposals.
- this HC will make a proposal about the common storage (how big that will be) → for the PM of 25-08 or 05-09
- they will also make a proposal about the approach to attribute the private storage space and thus will handle your question about ‘what if the sum of the demanded storage space isn’t equal to the available space’ / ‘will full members be served first and the remainder distributed among the other members’?→ for the PM of 25-08 or 05-09
- following the approach defined in the above proposal, they will assign the different lots in the cellar to the different FM and to the 3 to be sold units → for the PM of 15-09 and/or 25-09
As AM you will be able to ask further clarifying questions and share your thoughts/concerns about all of these proposals in those PMs(but you will not have decision power).
