Great news from our last plenary: we adopted the proposal to create a Helping Circle focused on outlining a contingency plan for selling the remaining apartment.
The initial members steering this effort are Lee, Joannes, and me.

The way I approached it, is to first take enough time for the “understand” phase, thinking that it’s important to be sure we have a shared understanding of what we are doing before we start doing the actual things that we want to do. I’m afraid this will imply that we will need another meeting shortly, but I guess that shouldn’t be a problem.
I have prepared a draft agenda for tomorrow’s meeting. My proposal would be to first have another look at the brainstorming results of last meeting, and then after that to start filling in the details of every option. For the latter I have prepared a template that we can fill in during the meeting. Just a proposal of course, and if you would have other points please feel free to add them.
I am very sorry, I didn’t realise that the meeting was on a Tuesday, which is the day when Richard goes to Spanish class. I can’t attend the meeting today. If the idea is to populate the slides with pros, cons etc. I can still add my contributions in written, if that is ok? I could do it before the end of this week (probably even tonight after 20.30).
It’s like you want. I had filled in two, just because I wanted to check whether my template worked. The way I pictured it, was to do it together during a meeting, so as to make more space for brainstorming and at the same time a shared understanding.
