Is there several ads or just this one?
Because if it’s just the one, then it might be better to not put the number of rooms and price if you can, because people will use filters on price and number of rooms, and might miss the ad…
This should be an option for newly-built projects:
Although then you might exclude people not specifically looking for a new project… But they might not be interested anyway given the price difference…

Almost all field on Immoweb are closed ones with only pre-defined options to choose from. I wanted to put a range in terms of number of rooms and price, but the system didn’t allow. I then put the information in the description.
The ad we posted is the simplest version available on Immoweb. I noticed intitally the ads like the one you shared but they are from agencies and they have a separate page on Immoweb. Of course they are much more detailed with multiple apartments/properties advertised but my understanding is that these options would be expensive. However, I have written to them asking the details, prices, etc. Will keep everyone posted!
