I agree, the new platform and socializing people with it - but especially fixing links will be rough (I got emails and requests already and it’s increasingly hard to cope…) .

The OpenCare conversation has grown and grown. Last time I checked, it stood at 3,082 contributions, authored by 282 different contributors. Ever since receiving the 300 kg test batch of “our” direct trade coffee from Hansapur, Nepal , I have been wondering how to get rid of the parchment shells around the green coffee beans. That’s one of the skins around the coffee cherry’s kernel (“coffee bean”), see here for high-res images .
