Hi @reef-external,

Can it be an idea to change the content of the next newsletter a bit? Instead of just saying “we are organising a presentation”, maybe we can list a couple of our selling points, and then make a request to all the “friends of The Reef” to forward the newsletter to three people they think could know people who could be interested?

Just an idea though. Whatever you decide, I’d be grateful if you could apply the four eyes principle this time, given that the last three newsletters that went out had mistakes in them. TIA!

Hi Manoj, well done, it looks really good. I would suggest adding that the 750m² for finishings is an average estimate and can vary depending on your choice of materials for finishing your apartment.

All done! I’ve used ‘track changes’ to show what I’ve suggested, which is not a lot. You’ll also see that I’ve deleted all the Oxford commas, but feel free to reject these revisions if you have strong feelings about them

I just spoke to my father. He says things are still not looking good, and so he recommends activating our waiting list for the 2 BRs.

So the idea would be to send out an email to the people who have registered for the last 3 presentations plus this one indicating they are interested in a 2 BR, telling them in very careful words that there is a possibility that we will have two 2 BRs in Asterix.

I’m happy to do this later this evening, but I’m not exactly sure how to go about it.

I presume that I go to the registation forms and then copy and paste each email address for the 2-bedroom people, regardless of whether they came or not.

And another question: do the people registered for the next one need a different message (as if they are on this registration form, they are planning on coming anyway)?

If you mean the presentation of this Thursday I would maybe just include them in the same message, as for now our registration form says “waiting list”, which is not the most inviting?
