Since we discussed this point during the kick-off, I asked the University of Bordeaux’ jurist for information on domain names and trademarks related to Opencare and its different possible transcriptions: opencare, Opencare, OpenCare, Op3ncare, Op3nCare, Op3nC@re
As for domain names, we are free to use, as long at the transcription we choose is available - Costantino already bought 2 during at that time, so we are covered.
Concerning trademarks: the name opencare is already protected:

in France (OPEN CARE for auction, antiques and jewellery trade (!) / open-care for telecommunication)

in Germany as OpenCARE for electronic devices, telecommunication, softwares and computer devices
