Making up a word and concept here 
The Germans among the group are allowed to have me shut it down (the word though, concept has to stay!).
The same way we are trying to have a regular afterwork meeting (see stammtisch), @reef-communitylife would like to propose having a regular weekend day where we can potentially meet. This would give an opportunity for more time together, and above all would mean that the people who can’t join during the week for work or child duties reasons get a chance to see the community as well.
The proposition is to say that every 3rd Sunday of the month is a possibility for any available reefling to meet with any other available reefling(s).
As for the theme and place, I would be arguing for a loose arrangement…
Either team com-life has something up their sleeve, or the people involved that time would come up with something themselves, or there is a list somewhere of potential activities in Jette to pick up ideas from…
I would just create a signal group (more agile than edgeryders for loose planning, and more suited at the moment I think), for which you can just deactivate notifications when you’re not involved… If you woul like to opt-out, let me know.
Let me know if this really is not a workable option for someone.
So the first date would be Sunday 20/04, which for now is a plenary day…
I’m still going to schedule it in the calendar, I’m thinking that people who have to look after kids could decide to meet up?
And I’ll plan the following ones soon.
