Here is a little post to kick off the organisation of the new team! Welcome to our last 2 members @kendrah and @Roxanne (pending confirmation by Lee

Ideally we would be able to have a little meeting online, so here is a poll for that:

- Monday 21/07 morning

- Tuesday 22/07 evening
A task that seems a bit urgent if we are going to make it happen is finding a date for a potential Reef weekend. We had a winter edition that was a great success and the general feeling at the end was “lets do this again”. It was a lovely opportunity to connect at a different pace and level, and a nice window into our future life together.
When we discussed it previously we thought the best time would be the weekend of the 20-21/09, 27-28/09 or 4-5/10. If we are going to do this, we really need to get started now, as it requires quite a lot of time and also booking early enough.
Would somebody be ok to make a poll for the date, explaining that this is with a big “If” for now, as we will have to see whether we can make it work? And then we can discuss things in more detail when we meet.
