Hi @reeflings, I guess we all remember the enthusiam when @reef-communitylife tried to organize a weekend getaway in September that we unfortunately couldn’t make happen because we didn’t find a suitable venue in time.
But there is good news! We are are very excited to announce that we just started organizing ourselves for a Weekend Getaway Winter Edition early 2025
First step: let us know your availabilities. The sooner we agree on a date, the sooner we can start looking for the perfect location.
I’ve been excited about this concert for quite awhile, and I’m sure that I’m not the only one If that date gets confirmed, we can take that weekend out of the mix…
I am planning a trip to Spain in January and my family is planning to come at some point I’m February, so I’m not sure when I’m going to be available. I prefer not to fill in the poll with my availability because I don’t know yet. I will try to be there

I think it would be good to know how many children are coming and what the requirements are (separate room? Baby cot? etc…). Parents let’s hear you!
Hi @mieke , we (Christian, Charlie and me) would come on Saturday and Sunday (night in between included then!).
A separate room (for the 3 of us) would be usefull as falling asleep is always a complicated story for Charlie.

As you maybe saw in our other post today, we finally decided to leave the Reef.
We will therefore not take part to the week-end.
However, if the place for that week-end is already booked counting on us, we will pay our part of the rent even if we don’t come, so there is no financial consequence on other people that we changed our mind !

We chose this place based on the following criteria: comfortable space for 15 people, a decent price and a reasonable distance from Bxl. We are aware it might not be the most ideal place for people who can only join for one day, but it was hard to find something that ticks all boxes.
Talking money:
Based on the poll above, everyone pays 74 euro per person, except Hannah & Jeroen who will stay for only one night, so they pay 42 euro per person. Thanks for transfering the money to Dave’s bank account (BE09210081082857) within the coming two weeks. Please send a message to Dave when you have done so
