It’s not that I enjoy being a pain in the ass, more that I am genuinely interested in what is going on (it’s in my role’s responsibility) and also that I would really like to uphold the commitment to our working method of documenting so that everybody has the chance of staying informed.

Fully agree that this is how we do things, and it was my responsibility to make the notes I took available. The case being that I have since lost them in the chaos of our new place, and I have been hoping ever since that they will magically reappear. I’ll have a proper hunt for them this morning, and post something regardless of the result…

Thanks for the info Sterre, and certainly no need to apologise. As you can see from the Nextcloud calendar, there’s a lot going on in the next 3-4 weeks, and it’s inevitable that not everyone can attend everything that they would like to
I’m going to settle on one of those Saturday 6th options from the poll, but perhaps you and I could grab a coffee at some point afterwards, and I can bring you up to speed on what the team is up to. And a good chance just to connect, and talk about the Reef in general…

We’ll meet on Saturday 6 September in the afternoon. I’m going to say at 2.30pm, but that’s not set in stone if anyone wants to adjust in either direction.
If I remember correctly, there’s a general preference to meet in person for these particular team meetings, so perhaps at someone’s place, or a cafe/bar again, or in the park if the weather is good.
I’ll post an agenda here nearer the time…

@GaultierDWM, @Liesbet and @Manoj - I’m going to suggest changing our meeting from the afternoon of 6 September to the morning of the same day. That was ok for all of you in the poll, but if anyone has since made plans for that morning, we can revert back to the afternoon and I’ll rearrange my other thing…

There are now two working documents in our Nextcloud folder:
A mediation and training resource list: Login – Nextcloud
A potential manual working document: Login – Nextcloud
The latter is empty for the moment, but the former is full of useful info to follow up on, which we can discuss at the next meeting.
With regards to a date for that, the only date from the previous poll where we could have at at least half of us present is unfortunately no longer possible for me, so here’s is a new poll:

A bit late getting back to this poll, but in the meantime, it has spoken. The next meeting will in fact take place this Saturday afternoon, time and venue to be decided. Unfortunately @Sterre, you’ll miss out again… sorry about that My intention was to go with one of the dates that you could join this time, but as this is the second incarnation of the poll, I’m going to have to go with the numbers.
Could everyone let me know that you’re still able to make it…
