  • Please also take a good look at the draft version of our interpersonal agreement. We will bring it to the Retreat and will let all Reeflings have their say. We will have a round on it. Login – Nextcloud

I worked a bit on our documentation this afternoon and took the liberty to make a first draft to the step-by-step guide for future conflicts. You can find it in the folder ‘conflict guide’, but no hurry - we won’t discuss it tomorrow. We also won’t have much time for the 2 domains, so @GaultierDWM and @ChrisM no worries if you won’t get to the action points of last meeting.

I think there might be a problem with this document (although maybe just my end), as all I see when I open it is a bunch of questions marks…

I’ve moved forward with the first draft of domain 1 for the ‘2026 - working document conflict guide’. You can find the current version, titled ‘Domain 1 working doc’ in the ‘Conflict guide’ folder: Login – Nextcloud

(Nextcloud is not working for me online at the moment, and for some reason I can only copy internal links for folders and not files using the desktop app.)

@Sterre – I see from your ‘Step by step guide’ that we might have doubled up a bit in certain areas. Not really a big problem, as it’s easier to mix and match from things already written than starting from scratch :slight_smile:

I’ve also uploaded a document to the folder above called ‘Mediation & training resource list’. This was an early attempt I made a couple of years ago to compile a list of external mediators and conflict trainers. I imagine that the former would be a part of the guide/manual, and the latter would be useful for the evolution of the team. Admittedly, it’s a bit out of date now…

Tuesday 20/10 at 19h30 it is. Guillaume is not at home that night, so I cannot leave the house, but I could host you! (I live close to Ambiorix.)
