@reef-conflict
I’d like to schedule another meeting. Quick thoughts about the agenda: follow up action points last meeting, co-facilitation, FM dinners.
I set up an agenda in Nextcloud. Please have a look if you can. Free to add comments/points. See you tomorrow night!
(@GaultierDWM will you be able to make it?)
Unfortunately, I’ll be away if it happens, so @Sterre or @Liesbet, would one of you be able to keep an eye on that post and point whatever happens next? If it’s too short notice to take place, which is quite likely, we will need a new poll after Els has finalised the dates for the next two plenaries.
Also, I’ve set up a working document to clarify our aims and domain: Login – Nextcloud
As I mention in the document, it is a ridiculously detailed text for a seemingly very simple task. But I thought it might be interesting to gather everything significant on Nextcloud and Edgeryders about previous attempts to understand the team’s direction and purpose, as an exercise towards really clarifying who we are and how we contribute to the well-being of the group
I’ll be away until the 15th, but I have quite a lot of space in my schedule the following week, if that is a convenient time for the rest of the team to meet again…
Sure Liesbet. The meeting will be on Wednesday 27/05 from 19h45 - 21h15 (a tiny bit later again, if it’s ok, because I need to bring the kids to bed. Will try to anticipate this next time).
I see the “reef-conflict” tag is not up to date, causing messages to go to more people than there are on the team. Would you be willing to take care of this? TIA!
I’m actually not getting notifications for this thread, despite being in the group. Perhaps because I was added to the group after the thread was started. So I’m just going to drop the tag @reef-conflict here, to see if that changes things
Next meeting is set for the 8th of september from 19h30 - 21h30 in Estaminet.
We will continue with our working sheet for the conflict guide in which we precise our domain, our aims, our principles and our working methods. You can find the working sheet in the folder of conflict management, in the folder ‘conflict guide’.
