Nevertheless a few remarks:
Less is more! I think the leaflet should be concise.
The goal of the leaflet is to attract people so that they come to one of our presentations. Not to inform them. They can find more info on our website beforehand, and everything will be explained during the presentation.
Hashtags: If you find the long ones hard to read, you can use capitals, e.g. #VillageToRaiseAChild. Still the idea is not so much that people read the hashtags, but that the algorithms of the different platforms pick them up; which creates more visibility for the post.
I made a new version of the Canva files. They are available at the link posted previously (June 12th). I made quite a few comments in this document, so please have a look there first :).
We also have a weekly stand-up on Monday at 17h30. If you have a moment, please review the cards on the deck and add cards to the inbox (leftmost list) if needed. Change priorities if you wish (we’ll start dealing with the “High” ones) and feel free to assign tasks to yourselves.

This message brings up other topic: our budget. See thread here. In the period January to June, Team External has spent 364 euros, of which: 150 printing, 164 advertising and promotion, 50 subscriptions. I think we can roll over the budget for advertising and promotion + subscriptions, while we could increase to 250 for printing (since we are going to use more color and thicker paper). Although I have no clue how much it is to print professional flyers. If so, we would plan a budget for 464 for Qs 3 and 4. Maybe we can discuss it tomorrow? And potentially approve it?
It’s great that you want to consult the entire group, but 1) the agenda for the plenary is already more than full, and 2) this seems more like a “team autonomy” kind of decision (level 2). So I think just tagging reef-full and asking for possible comments on the final version should be enough. Would that work for you?
Manuel is printing v2 to show what it would look like on paper. Only a few copies. Also, we’re not presenting v2 as a proposal to the plenary but asking everyone for comments (request to be sent). Also, architects will only be able to deliver renderings mid July.
But is it correct that v2 does not include any of the comments already made over v1? How will the consultation with all the group will be then? Are we all supposed to comment again in v2 (even if did it for v1)?
For the sake of chaos-management - making it possible for non-team members to retrieve relevant posts - may I suggest that you start a new thread on the leaflet?
Other than having a thread with an identifiable title (which really helps), another argument is that if you reply to a thread, you start getting notifications every time somebody replies to that thread. It is of course possible to turn that off (bottom of the thread), but not everybody knows that, and I want to avoid that everybody who provides feedback on the leaflet gets notifications every time there is a post in your “general communication” thread.
I don’t know how the task of posting on the Habitat & Participation website is attributed, but there seems to be a concern.
When I put the filter on “Brussels” and “vente”, I see a lot of old Reef ads (which should ideally be deleted?) but not the one for 17/07, which is coming up shortly.
H&P is our most important source of incoming registrations, so it’s important that we get this right.
