I’ve said this to most people informally, but I thought that I should officially say that I am stepping down from this team. It looks like it’s in very good hands, and I look forward being a part of awesomely facilitated meetings in the future! I’m happy to be a back-up if ever needed…

I think we are all going to miss you. Your personality, energy and charisma have given meetings a dynamism that is going to be very difficult to reproduce.

With our team re-organising I would like to have a meeting early next year to:
- Set team vision and goals
- Agree on a feedback process for facilitators
- Discuss the posibilities of co-facilitation
If anyone has any topics they would like adressed feel free to share them here.
