I think it was to add

  • ‘fill in budget and price calculator for the unit(s) you are interested in’,

  • then have it reviewed by me/someone of the coordination team

  • then go see the confesseur.

With Chantal’s departure, a small unit becomes available again.

Liesbet indicated she prefers to stay with her studio, so the 1 BR on the first floor of Obelix is available.

R&O is now contacting 4 or 5 ex-EM / ex-AM who fell out because no small units were available any more or who indicated the left over 2 and 3 BR were financially not feasible.

Depending on the number of people who would like to continue exploring the Reef, we can decide whether we mention this again in presentations/in our communication to the outside world or not.

For next weeks presentation, I personally wouldn’t change anything yet. I agree with Lee that this unit will be sold without any problem so no big rush to change things at this point.

I would personally recommend to take this as an opportunity for communication and I would get the word out everywhere we can (Facebook, newsletter etc).

My reasoning: our most important source of people getting to know us, is word-of-mouth. Now that we again have a unit that is accessible to many more people’s budgets, we can attract their attention, and then hope that they’ll be touched by the project and spread the word in their networks.

The financial and administrative offborading will only happen at the moment that a new member wanting the 1 BR, becomes FM.

Hi Lee,
I’m sorry, I did not have the time to get back at you on this.
We decided rather hastily on this course of action, but we also had a few days later our R&O meeting where we ended up to the same conclusion as your proposal, that is to advertise the 1BR unit like the others (in a newsletter, putting it back on the website, etc…). We were going to inform Team-External to adjust the communication accordingly. I will follow-up on that.
