FYI: I’ve updated the ‘Checklist of things to do when you join the Reef’, chapter 6 ‘Pay your share of the price of the site and the building permit’.
As we all now have contributed 950 euro/m2 maximum, I’ve changed the initial contribution of 1000 euro/m2 to 950 euro/m2 in this chapter, and removed the footnote that the early members contribute 1156 euro/m2.

for R&O: as Lucia indicated she prefers to take up a bit less tasks related to the recruitment, I made an overview of the tasks to be done. (feel free to complete if you see any other ones)

Hello @reef-recruitment,
I have updated the Powerpoint where needed (correcting slides where needed) and reset the formatting (which got corrupted in some slides). Given that Nextcloud tends to corrupt Powerpoints, I’d be grateful if you could only open it on your own computer (if needed).
In the usual folder you will find a Powerpoint and a pdf version of the slide deck as it was presented today (i.e. for sharing with the participants). I have also taken care of updating the link in the pinned post “The Reef’s key documents” (version without the plans and without the prices everything included).

As you will be giving the presentations in May and June.. Could you mention the following to points in the presentation of May 12th?
In yesterday’s R&O meeting we decided
- to limit the number of reeflings (EM or AM) going for a 1 bedroom to 3. As Mathilde/Daniel are interested in a 1 BR, that leaves 2 spaces open. The rest of the people interested will be put on waiting list and will be contacted if the 1 BR would still be free after all (or if in the future a 1 BR would become available)
- to organize a visit to the site on Sunday May 17th around 13:00.

Following up an action point of our last meeting, I found 11 EM/AM previously interested in a 3 BR. Their ex-buddies or myself have contacted them (via chat) to share the info of the new 3 BR units.
- of the 11 households, 6 of them reacted to the message
- 3 households were not interested
- 3 households asked for further information

I’d be happy to say this, and at the same time I am a bit worried that there is only so much information that can be conveyed in the presentation itself. The two points that you mention above look like they are easy to integrate in the follow-up email. Could that be an option?
