If you want to prepare it now because you fear you won’t have time later, is it a solution i prepare this part of the presentation? If so, when would you at the latest it to be done?

- 750 euro’s is indeed not the price including VAT and fees. In the latest simulation file i created, it calculates everything with VAT/Fees included, the weighing, the markup (as i guess you want a 4% markup included). The only input you need to give is the ID of the unit. (it is to be found under TB/plans/plans proposition 1). But if you prefer that I give you the price, it is no problem either. I don’t get the price range though: there is one final estimated price.
- for the excel: it’s on the list with questions to ask to the architects. But if you purely want the list of final weighing factors and you want it now: it’s in the simulation file i mentionned above (tab units, column G)
