There are no topics resulting from the meetings with the technical experts, so the only topic we have is the one on the guest room. Other than that, if that’s ok with the group, I would also like to bring the topic on power and responsibility.
If some people would be interested, I could also prepare an NVC practice session. This I would need to know in advance though, because the week is passing quickly.

So indeed renting a car or you can take a train down to Dinant, Rochefort or Beauraing.
On the way back there should be a spot in a car (@reef-communitylife check with me: 13 adults +1 child coming back to Brussels, number of seats : 7 + 5 + 4 = 16).

I would like to leave between 16:30 and 17:30. I can leave from my place ( picking you up at bus stop or tram stop wiener or metro Herman debroux) or coming closer to the people who drive with me.
The people living closest to me are you, Manoj, lee ( if Lee is leaving from her place). A fifth person can join, but will be less comfortable and no need for if I see the number of people needing a ride on friday. Ugne already contacted me if she could join so maybe ugne. You all indicated to be ready to leave around the time , so that would be my proposition if that works for everyone…(@Sophie_B , @Lee , @ugne , @Dave_Starhawk @Odile @joannes )

Best to meet at my place at 18:00 (it said 18:30 before but if we want to start the weekend on time, 18 is better.). I can also pick people up on the way to Libin, that is, to the East of Brussels.
The drive is 1h30 in the best of circumstances.

I am taking Sophie, Manoj and Ugne to go to Libin/Redu. Pickup place: Sophie’s place, Time of pickup: 16:45. There is still one place free in theory but as there is some luggage and dishes to transport, i prefer to keep it like this.
So @joannes : for you to take Lee, Dave and Odile to Libin/Redu
That will work + some food/drinks that Manuel will bring to me tonight.
