An opportunity for anyone to get up to speed with what’s cooking in the LOTE5 preparations. One week to go!

We’ll be going through what still needs to be done, and how to help during this week, namely:

• making practical info available to participants - you can already join the OnSite Coordination;
• sort out info collected from participants: today' the last day to fill in the form with names, contacts, bios
• enable good documentation - you can respond to the call to join onsite reporting team; call for harvesting; comprehensive instructions for all documenters

Tasks for week-1

1. Make a volunteer list for each onsite task and update the tasks completemed by participants. In case we still have some that haven’t finally contributed we can ping them with the last mile tasks @ireinga @KiraVde @Noemi

2. Finalize the design of the welcome kit - bio/quotes game and make it printed by Sunday 21st @CamTesta @ireinga @Noemi

3. Launch a task for “peerby” solutions: we are missing some equipment and community might have the last gadget we’re looking for. @ireinga

4. Design double-check: Kira will go through the whole event plan and check if we thought the event design throughoutfully. Just a last check before it’s too late. @KiraVde

5. Buy disposable plates and finalize the logistics for discosoupe and groceries @ireinga

6. Send out the last participant recap with all the useful info to survive Brussels and LOTE @Noemi
