Preparing the basic deed: the division by the land surveyor

Hi all,

a topic related linked to this topic

@coral-board
Following this weeks meeting with the board, i gave it some more thought and this is how i want to proceed.

  1. Contact the architects to

    • keep them in the loop, even though they are not directly impacted/concerned. Maybe they can help with the selection?

    • ask what data we need to pass to the different land surveyors so they can give us a price offer/to their job (i guess the plans, in dwg format?)

    • ask for the contact data of some of the land surveyors they contacted in 2024 (see post)

  2. Allready contact the different land surveyors per mail. It’s congé batiment so don’t think we will get much reaction now (contacted Perdaens already and tried to phone him, but no reaction).
I would contact the same 5 land surveyors as in 2024 (see file on NC). @reeflings : if any one would want me to contact another land surveyour, let me know.
    Info to be asked

    • how much time will this task take

    • when would they be available for this task

    • a price offer

If I don’t hear anything by Sunday evening, i will proceed like this

hi all

a little update.

  • the architects recommended another land surveyor to contact : Metrics sprl
  • a friend-architect who had to establish a copropriĂ©tĂ© herself, recommended the land surveyor she worked with.

So in total, I’ve contacted 7 land surveyors for a price offer (see file with land surveyors)
