I tried to identify points that still need clarifying, and for now I have inserted questions to be answered by reeflings. My idea is to get a sense of whether there already is a consensus on these topics or whether they need to be discussed in plenary. There might be better ways to go about it but I don’t have the brain power to come up with something else right now, happy for anybody to jump in and change that if it doesn’t work.
I’m really not doing so well tonight and I struggled a lot doing this, I am really not sure if it’s ok, I feel it is quite unclear. So sorry in advance.
@Lee I feel that your idea was for us to make a proposal. Do you still want that or are things ok as they are? Could we be building the proposal together during the plenary?
Atm anyway there are too many balls in the air for me to make a proposal, and I’m not thinking clear enough.
I also didn’t get time to work on the financial questions (extra costs to foresee), but these won’t need input from the Reeflings so I feel that it is not needed tonight. Full disclosure, I don’t think I will have time to work on it before wednesay night, unless tomorrow goes incredibly smoothly or if I finish early enough to do some work before plenary…
Also the folder is a bit messy, I’m gonna have to go through it and gather questions before our next meeting with them, but I don’t expect there are urgent questions left in there for now.

Thanks so much @Sarah! The document with all the document looks very complete, and the organisation into “attribution”, “implanatation” etc makes it easy to navigate it.
If you agree I can prepare a Powerpoint for tomorrow’s plenary meeting, in which I would try to summarize the key points, with the hope that at the end of the meeting this will lead us to a list of points that we consent to as the major issues, so that these can be sent on Wednesday. Does that work?

Not sure about the plenary though, I might need to skip it 
The solution is this:
- François and Serge need Nextcloud accounts. I created them, using the same email accounts they use for Edgeryders.
- These accounts are assigned to a group of users called “Architects” (not really necessary, but more elegant). They are not part of the Reeflings group.
- I created a folder called “Stekke and Fraas folder” within the Team Building folder
- I shared that folder with the Architects group.
This should give François and Serge access to that folder and any sub-folder we may create, but not to the superfolder (Team Building).
Alberto, perfect. We’ll request the architects to start using this folder for the exchange of documents between team Building and themselves. Nice that any subfolder inherits the authorisations.

Just to let you know that the meeting with the commune is fixed. Next Wednesday November 13th at 10:00.
So goal is to present the maxiversion (including 8 studios) to the commune and get a first feedback.

I notice that I am struggling to find the different versions of the plans. Is this something you would be willing to look into?
A simple solution could be to make one folder “plans” and then to add dates and descriptions to the file names? Just a suggestion. TIA!
Correct. We’re talking to the architects about a better folder structure and naming conventions. Something you may look forward to!

Goal of the meeting: get some feedback on what the notary said last week (contract for finishing, maitre d’oeuvre,…). I don’t mind going alone, but maybe better to have 2 pair of ears than one?
Mark indicated that he is in Belgium till 31/12, after that an online meeting is still possible. I wouldn’t mind seeing his unit in Brutopia …(but not sure we will be meeting there)
