If you agree I can prepare a Powerpoint for tomorrow’s plenary meeting, in which I would try to summarize the key points, with the hope that at the end of the meeting this will lead us to a list of points that we consent to as the major issues, so that these can be sent on Wednesday. Does that work?

This should give François and Serge access to that folder and any sub-folder we may create, but not to the superfolder (Team Building).
Alberto, perfect. We’ll request the architects to start using this folder for the exchange of documents between team Building and themselves. Nice that any subfolder inherits the authorisations.

Just to let you know that the meeting with the commune is fixed. Next Wednesday November 13th at 10:00.
So goal is to present the maxiversion (including 8 studios) to the commune and get a first feedback.

I notice that I am struggling to find the different versions of the plans. Is this something you would be willing to look into?
A simple solution could be to make one folder “plans” and then to add dates and descriptions to the file names? Just a suggestion. TIA!

Goal of the meeting: get some feedback on what the notary said last week (contract for finishing, maitre d’oeuvre,…). I don’t mind going alone, but maybe better to have 2 pair of ears than one?
Mark indicated that he is in Belgium till 31/12, after that an online meeting is still possible. I wouldn’t mind seeing his unit in Brutopia …(but not sure we will be meeting there)
