I see the confusion
So this is the workspace (Open Care Research group, as in research team workspace), where coordination happens and a lot of the content is work in progress.
https://edgeryders.eu/en/op3ncare-community should not link to the group discussions, but directly to the Community Home (more curated). The Op3nCare community discussions should be less accessible, to focus only on content in the group that is gathered under Challenges. Responses to challenges are the main conversation threads rather than the group posts as you know them.
We need to redirect the link to Community Home also from the Projects page, to avoid landing on https://edgeryders.eu/en/op3ncare-community

Your post was moved because when people post anything in that section, everyone who has contributed is notified; we are being very strict about keeping this section curated.
Those who wish to engage in the research project responding to calls for contributions (challenges) are directed to the OpenCare research project workspace.

so you’re basically locking down the possible “community” discussion. I really think that the enrollment has to be as easy as possible for a newcomers. I also think that the research group has to be a tool for the consortium, or for the research part.
More reflection and proposal will came soon from WeMake.

Locking down? Hardly. Just channeling it where it can be found.
One of the complaints we keep getting, and I think it is justified, is that there are simply too many places to get lost.
The purpose of this public facing website is to act as a funnel, where people can find and engage in exactly what they are looking for without being bombarded with a lot of other information/conversations etc.
If you want to drive any particular conversation or thread you are very welcome to articulate a specific call for participation/engagement/action which we can then publish and push out to draw people to whatever it is you would like to discuss.
If it is less structured then please post them in the OpenCare project workspace moving forward.
