Some reflections:
We had discussed organising a workshop for potential partner organisations. To introduce them to what Edgeryders is, the methodology employed and co-create a viable partnership package together. I would be involved in this and travel to tunisia to facilitate the workshop itself.
Perhaps it would be good to do this within the timeframe and context of the Edgeryders Festival taking place in November 19-29. The festival consists of different events organised by different people in different locations using the Edgeryders approach to participatory event building, documentation and follow up. The the original call for participation is here and festival site is going to be pushed out in a couple of days (sneak peek here:https://festival.edgeryders.eu).
This way, we can invite people and partner organisions to participate in the local events of the broader festival: This is a good way to make visible and accessible the international dimension and demonstrate the collaborative nature of the community in action. Plus we can start onboarding people, connecting them with one another, recruit mentors etc.
Another side thought; It would be good if you could synchronise communication/outreach campaigns with @inge and @anon82932460 who are handling our communication channels (facebook, twitter, linkedin). They can help push this out even further.
