hi @reef-building : minutes + action points for @joannes and @els , from last team building meeting are available
hi @reef-building ,
I had serge on the phone today and came back to our bi-weekly meetings we proposed a while ago. I had the impression - linked to the discussions that led to last mondayâs meeting- that it was not yet clear/our meetings were not yet programmed in their agendaâs. So i talked to Serge about itâŠ
This is the resume of what we discussed: https://edgeryders.eu/t/reunions-bihebdomadaire/20450?u=els, and linked to what weâve decided in a team building meeting, a few weeks agoâŠ
Could somebody
- foresee them in the nextcloud calendar and foresee an opentalk link with it
- maybe make a document for the future minutes, so we can already indicate who will be present/who will take the minutes of the meeting that day? Maybe also add the opentalk link in there for the architectsâŠ
@joannes did you have a chance to talk to alberto to setup some nextcloud folder we could share with the architects. It might be a solution as well to the problems we have with the architecs related to them sending us filesâŠ
Els, thank you for doing this.
Iâll set the meetings up on the NextCloud agenda. Iâm talking to @manuelpueyo to find out whether itâs worth setting up a Calendar specifically for the team Building, as there is one for social events, or for plenary meetings, or FM meetings.
Question: would it be OK to switch from OpenTalk to Google Meet?
@alberto Hi, as mentioned in passing a while back, weâd like to set up a folder on NextCloud where the architects can drop documents for viewing by everyone at The Reef. I would suggest for the folder to sit inside the team Building folder. Can you please administer this? Thanks.
I guess this would sit in the folder that is shared with the architects right? So maybe we wait for that?
I noticed the dates donât seem to match the one Els mentioned in her post.
Although the first one on 5/11 is on a plenary, is that the reason? In which case we need to let the architects know of the changeâŠ
I did not add the dates yet.
Our two-weekly meetings with the architects are now set up in NextCloud until infinity âŠ
- a four-weekly meeting on Monday
- a four-weekly meeting on Tuesday
After speaking with Manuel, Lie and Alberto, I decided to create a separate calendar for team Building.
I added a link to Google Meet instead of OpenTalk, which gives us the opportunity to record and transcribe the meeting, if that is what we want.
But ⊠do you see this calendar at all? It should appear on the left in the list of Calendars, beneath "Birthdays (Lie). I shared it with âreeflingsâ.
hi, @Alberto set up a folder to which the architects have access. They received mail about this a few days ago.

âStekke and Fraas folderâ inside âteam Buildingâ.
Yes we can see it Thanks!
@alberto could you add the url for adding the calendar to google in the post you made?
Unfortunately not. This is because only the owner of the calendar (in this case @joannes ) has access to its URL in the âEdit calendarâ menu.
The good news is that my post is a wiki. So Joannes himself can edit it and add the relevant information for the new calendar.
hi, I was able to add the URL to the table on the wiki. Progress!
@reef-building : prepared the agenda for next Fridayâs team building meeting.
If you want to add a topic, let me knowâŠ
@reef-building : key points of yesterdayâs meeting with the architects added in the TB minutes document
Thanks Els!
Can you explain what is âsecoâ? Is it one of the companies of the techniques spĂ©ciales?
For the storage place, did you specifically ask if it needed to be different from the local technique ?
About the compulsory outdoor space, and the fact that the unit in Obélix need a private garden, why is it not the case for the units in Astérix? Is it because of the covered entry?
Also, following a discussion we had with Francois, Iâm not sure I understand the situation with the big terrace at the top of IdĂ©fix. He told us that it wasnât possible to have a terrace facing ouest on A7 because that was too close to the neighbour building ; same for ObĂ©lix. So why is that terrace going all the way to the wall? Isnât that too close to the neighbour?
And so couldnât part of it be a toit vĂ©gĂ©talisĂ©? That would also solve the problem of its size and priceâŠ
I understood it to be a company. I guess it might be this one: SECO Belgique, contrĂŽleur technique de bĂątiment | SECO Belgique. The way I understood it , itâs company verifying things. Serge brought it up as a response to what i mentioned what the notary said about wanting a professional (type civil engineer). Itâs now not foreseen, itâs not part of the techniques spĂ©ciales.
No, i forgot. Feel free to add your questions to the preparation file for the biweekly meetings (i added it for the next biweekly meeting). My feeling is no, I asked specifically for oaktree and they said they were going to foresee a cupboard of 1,25 large.
Yes, because of the covered entry
Need to ask them, (added for the next meeting with them)
