I had serge on the phone today and came back to our bi-weekly meetings we proposed a while ago. I had the impression - linked to the discussions that led to last monday’s meeting- that it was not yet clear/our meetings were not yet programmed in their agenda’s. So i talked to Serge about it…
This is the resume of what we discussed: https://edgeryders.eu/t/reunions-bihebdomadaire/20450?u=els, and linked to what we’ve decided in a team building meeting, a few weeks ago…
Could somebody
foresee them in the nextcloud calendar and foresee an opentalk link with it
maybe make a document for the future minutes, so we can already indicate who will be present/who will take the minutes of the meeting that day? Maybe also add the opentalk link in there for the architects…
@joannes did you have a chance to talk to alberto to setup some nextcloud folder we could share with the architects. It might be a solution as well to the problems we have with the architecs related to them sending us files…
I’ll set the meetings up on the NextCloud agenda. I’m talking to @manuelpueyo to find out whether it’s worth setting up a Calendar specifically for the team Building, as there is one for social events, or for plenary meetings, or FM meetings.
Question: would it be OK to switch from OpenTalk to Google Meet?
@alberto Hi, as mentioned in passing a while back, we’d like to set up a folder on NextCloud where the architects can drop documents for viewing by everyone at The Reef. I would suggest for the folder to sit inside the team Building folder. Can you please administer this? Thanks.
I noticed the dates don’t seem to match the one Els mentioned in her post.
Although the first one on 5/11 is on a plenary, is that the reason? In which case we need to let the architects know of the change…
Can you explain what is “seco”? Is it one of the companies of the techniques spéciales?
For the storage place, did you specifically ask if it needed to be different from the local technique ?
About the compulsory outdoor space, and the fact that the unit in Obélix need a private garden, why is it not the case for the units in Astérix? Is it because of the covered entry?
Also, following a discussion we had with Francois, I’m not sure I understand the situation with the big terrace at the top of Idéfix. He told us that it wasn’t possible to have a terrace facing ouest on A7 because that was too close to the neighbour building ; same for Obélix. So why is that terrace going all the way to the wall? Isn’t that too close to the neighbour?
And so couldn’t part of it be a toit végétalisé? That would also solve the problem of its size and price…
I understood it to be a company. I guess it might be this one: SECO Belgique, contrôleur technique de bâtiment | SECO Belgique. The way I understood it , it’s company verifying things. Serge brought it up as a response to what i mentioned what the notary said about wanting a professional (type civil engineer). It’s now not foreseen, it’s not part of the techniques spéciales.
No, i forgot. Feel free to add your questions to the preparation file for the biweekly meetings (i added it for the next biweekly meeting). My feeling is no, I asked specifically for oaktree and they said they were going to foresee a cupboard of 1,25 large.
