This is a wiki page, make additions as you think are needed. We have a revision history, so you can’t get it wrong
Hi everyone,
So we are slowly sticking together the various pieces for the event in Tbilisi. We have a minisite up with an overview, and several sessions in the making some already online and some behind the scenes. As with all Edgeryders events, we don’t just make up the program, we leave it to emerge based on what community members dream up. And remember: it is not too late to propose or work on your sessions to make them memorable!
We will be seeing some re-shuffling and new sessions in the upcoming weeks, this is to give you an idea of how the event is being shaped and make it easy to coordinate together.
If you already see yourself in the program let me know:
- Do the day and time suit you?
- What format is it? do we need to prepare the room in advance?
- Do people who attend your session need to bring anything? (example: laptops, software etc). Available onsite on the 24th, 25th and 26th at the venue (International School of Economics) will be rooms, chairs, wifi, sockets, a projector, probably flipcharts, indoor + outdoor space. Anything else you'll have to ask for and we'll try to make it happen. For example, activities at Vake Park might need a lighter dress code, musical instruments brought along, bikes etc?
