The Community Journalism Deliverable - Workspace

I am unsure what this cathegory is about

so this one would for exqmape fit AI stuff, correct?

This has to do with thinking around growth and limits both in terms of what is good for individuals, families, communities, organisation and ttechnologies (both their design/deployment as well as in their use)

e.g topics that Oliver Sauter brought up in unrealistic expecations on growth and startups. Another one is a point @matthias made about the thirst for faster and better connectivity and whther that is really necessary . but then there is also the limits of remote working. Then there is hox much data collection is necessariy for state or services or businesses to function. Also Messina uses the concept of limits very consciously in their economic thinking.

@nadia, the contributor list, should that be per article our would it be enough to have an unsorted list of everyone who contributed something really good?

yes, but also discussions about surveillance pandemic and epistemic resilience of the medical community etc

ok, but each article shoud only get one tagg, correct? And messina for example rather gets the alterntive economic development?

but I would tag the posts directly so we can just generate the list when we do a search and it is alot less work for you

yes, i am tagging them dierctly, but I have to make a list either way for the contributers, or does it not matter who contributed where?

an article can have more than one tag. But keep it to no more than 3

aha ok yes that makes sense to list the contributors, you’re right

ok, understood

do i understand this one correctly as an article that gives us an unusual perspective?

Template email invitation to be interviewed by inge:

Dear

Our organisation is tasked with running a large scale consultation to help shape the European Commission’s policies and investments in the Next Generation Internet. More specifically: what the next generation internet should do for humans and the implications of this on policy and investments at a European Scale: https://research.ngi.eu/

As part of this work we are reaching to individuals who’s work and perspectives we feel ought to be included in a a publication to be presented to the European Commission and Members of the European Parliament as key input into the debate.

Would you have time for an interview with journalist Inge Snip within the next 5 days?

If so, please indicate your availability in a reply to this email.

Kind regards,

Bojan Bobic,
on behalf of Edgeryders

are these articles going into this book or a future one? Should they be tagged?

ping @nadia

There are a few posts that are only described but not linked in the last part of the “other articles”. Did my best to search out those I was sure about, but there are 3 where I would like to ask the authors to post the link of exaclty which article they mean as there are multiple:

@nadia, which specific post do you mean here?

  • Nadia’s summary of the conversation we had early into covid about what we as a community could do

@noemi, see below, which post would that be, and is it already included somewhere else or not ?

  • Summary post after the event on Food entrepreneurs in Brussels (Check that it is not already included in POPREBEL posts- I doubt it as it did not cover east europe)

@nadia, which post do you refer to here? There are a few that would fit that description:

  • Nadia’s post about Tech & Deep Green

Thank you for your help
